1 hr Private Yoga Lesson Personalized Daily Yoga Program Includes a 15 min, 30 min, and 1 hr Program of yogic postures, breathing exercises and meditations designed with your experience, fitness level, physical injuries or challenges, and your unique goals in mind. Session includes a Numerology reading to help you learn about how yoga can best serve you, and a Tibetan Bowl and Gong Sound Bath.

$60 deposit to hold your appointment. No refund for no show or cancellations with less than 24 hr notice.
