These one - on - one lessons include a personalized yogic program designed to address your experience level, physical limitations, and personal goals so you can build your skills and maintain your own daily yogic practice.
Your tailored program includes:
a specific pranayama or breathing exercise,
yogic postures,
and meditation.
You will receive:
a personalize yogic program
detailed instructions
in person lesson and
recorded video
so you can keep up at home.
Private yoga sessions and a personalized plan can be extremely beneficial when combined with an addictaion recovery program or mental health professional's guidance.
Private sessions are 90 minutes and are complete with a Healing Tibetan Bowl and Gong Sound Bath for Chakra Alignment.
