Kundalini Yoga programs
When it comes to improving health, I often find that grounding and meditative activities are not prioritized. Most effort goes into hitting the gym and cleaning up ones’ diet but for me, my Kundalini Yoga practice is as important as my diet to my overall wellbeing.
Why? According to ancient principles of Ayurveda, the mind and the body are inextricably connected, and nothing has more power over healing and transforming the body than the mind! Therefore, I always advice my clients to add a spiritual, grounding practice to their wellness plan. Kundalini Yoga is the perfect form according to me as it blends the spiritual with the physical and therefore achieves greater vitality as well as a higher level of consciousness and mindfulness.
Kundalini Yoga classes are designed to encourage others to commit to Self Mastery and to align with their own Soul's deepest desire and connect with their highest purpose.

Private Yoga sessions
These one - on - one lessons include a personalized yogic program designed specifically address your physical health, injuries or limitations, personal challenges, and yogic skill level, as well as private instruction. Your program includes a specific pranayama or breathing exercise, yogic postures, and meditation to be practiced for 15, 30 or 60 minutes daily so you can build your skills and maintain your own yogic practice. You will receive a personalize yogic numerology program as well as a detailed email with videos and detailed instructions so you can keep up at home.
Private yoga sessions and a personalized plan can be extremely beneficial when combined with an addictaion recovery program or mental health professional's guidance. Private sessions are 90 minutes and are complete with a Healing Tibetan Bowl and Gong Sound Bath for Chakra Alignment.
